Established in 2014, Repair Solutions is a claim assessing management
company that offers assessing and optimisation solutions to Insurance
Companies, Underwriters, Brokers, Car Hire Firms, Accident Management
Companies, Local Councils and Fleet Managers across South African
Motor Repair Industry.
Repair Solution was conceived from a vision by industry leader
Aleeshen Kisten, recognising the shortcomings in the insured motor repair model.
The substantial demand for our core values prompted the introduction
of our Assessing and Optimisation solutions in 2016. These solutions simplify complex processes while upholding our commitment to excellence.
In alignment with our commitment to the 17 Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs), we are ensuring a more sustainable approach to car
claims. Repairing parts is an environmentally friendly solution that
minimizes waste, conserves resources, saves energy and reduces
carbon emissions.

MEET OUR DIRECTOR
ALEESHEN KISTEN
Aleeshen’s journey in the motor industry began with a strong foundation as he acquired a BCom Degree from the University of Natal. He had a short stint as a professional cricketer and worked as a financial manager in a Motor Body Repair Shop.
Aleeshen currently holds the following positions:
- Director, Repair Solutions: a claim assessment management company that offers Assessing and Optimisation solutions to Insurance Companies, Underwriters, Brokers, Car Hire Firms, Accident Management Companies, Local Councils and Fleet Managers.
- Executive Director, Fixico SA: In 2018, Aleeshen co-founded Fixico SA, a digital platform empowering small and medium enterprises (SMMEs) with improved workflows.
- CEO, LEYMIC Group: Leading the LEYMIC Group, Aleeshen spearheads insurance and motor solutions across South African Board and Committee Roles.
